HISTORY
Greetings from The Church Of God at West Bay!
Our establishment dates back to 1905 when Elder Richard Russell came to Cayman and established the Church of God in these islands.
Our current location of worship came about in
2006 when Captain Shelby Hydes, a man of God, faith, family, and a vision of things to come, generously donated the land to The Church of God at West Bay.
VALUES
We obey the 'Great Commandment' and 'Great Commission' as stated in Matthew 22:37 and 28:19-20a. We aim to let our light shine before men and preach the gospel of the Holy Bible, KJV, to save souls in the Cayman Islands and globally. We also strive to help the community through various programs such as youth groups, vacation Bible schools, and tutoring.
VISION
Our motto "Preparing Souls for Heaven" is based on our vision, which rooted in the Bible verse Ephesians 5:27. We strive to live a holy life without blemish and to share our faith with others, leading to accept the Lord as their personal Savior and prepare eternal life.
